Dr. Sudhan Chandran is working at Fisheries College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu. Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, as Assistant Professor in Department of Fisheries Biology and Resource Management. He is teaching Fisheries Biology and Resource Management related course for under graduate students. He is a recipient of ICAR-CIFE fellowship for Doctor of Philosophy in Fisheries Resource Management at ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai. To his credit, he published several research papers in national and international journals including 5 years of experience in research and 3 years in teaching programmes.

Mrs. S. Devadharshini is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fish Processing Technology at Dr. M.G.R. Fisheries College and Research Institute, Ponneri, Tamil Nadu. She graduated Bachelor degree in Fisheries Science from Fisheries College and Research Institute, Thoothukudi. She secured All India Rank 15 in the ICAR-JRF examination (2018) and was awarded Junior Research Fellowship. She completed her Master Degree in Post -Harvest Technology from Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai where she awarded Dr. Hiral Chaudary Gold medal for securing highest OGPA in her discipline. She also qualified ASRB-NET (National Teaching Eligibility Test) in Fish Processing Technology (2023). Prior to her current academic role, she served as Inspector of Fisheries from (2023-2026) in the State Department of Fisheries and Fishermen welfare, Tamil Nadu. as Inspector of Fisheries from 2023-2026

Dr. P. Dheeran pursued his Doctor of Philosophy in Aquaculture at ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai. He is a recipient of ICAR-CIFE fellowship for the Ph.D. in Aquaculture. To his credit, he published several research papers in national and international journals including 5 years of experience in research in the field of inland saline aquaculture and tagging studies on Etroplus suratensis. Recently has been awarded as a Young Achiever Award in the 8th International Conference on Cutting-edge Research Innovation in Sustainable Education, Environment, and Agriculture (CRISEA - 2025)

Ms. Parmeet Kaur is a Fisheries Officer with the Punjab State Fisheries Department, Government of Punjab, and holds a Master of Fisheries Science (M.F.Sc.) in Fish Processing Technology. Her academic and professional interests encompass fish processing, value addition, and the innovative utilization of fishery resources. Her research work includes the development of a nutrition bar supplemented with fish protein powder extracted from carps, highlighting the potential of fish-derived proteins in value-added nutritional products. She has contributed to the fisheries and food science domains through research articles, book chapters, and magazine publications, reflecting her commitment to scientific advancement, innovation, and sustainable utilization of aquatic resources.

Mrs. J. Mahija is a Fisheries Development Officer, Government of Andhra Pradesh and Holds a Master of Fisheries Science (M.F.Sc.) in Aquatic Environment Management at GBPUAT, Pant Nagar, Uttarakhand. She also qualified ASRB-NET (National Teaching Eligibility Test) in Fisheries Resource Management (2018). She holds Sri Alluri Venkateswara Rao – Avanti Feeds Gold Medal for securing 1st rank in B.F.Sc. at University level (2017), Prof. Krothapalli Ravindranath Gold Medal (AEM), Dr. M. Vijay Gupta Gold Medal (AQC & FEX). She has contributed to the fisheries and environment management domains through research works highlighting thermal biology, fish acclimation and physiology.
