Nandkishor Atmaram in gole is a Fisheries Science professional currently serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert under the FIDF scheme at NFDB, Hyderabad (since 2024). He holds a B.F.Sc., M.F.Sc. in Fishery Biology, and a Ph.D. in Fisheries Resource Management. With over nine years of experience, he has worked with NGOs and government bodies, earning recognition such as the Champions of Hope 2019 award and a Gold Medal from the Zoological Society of India. Dr. Ingole holds two patents and has authored 19+ research papers, four book chapters, and other scientific publications.
Ajaya Kumar Rout an ICMR-Senior Research Fellow at the College of Fisheries, Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, specializes in cutting-edge areas of research including Next Generation Sequencing, Metagenomics, Transcriptomics, Genomics, Structural Bioinformatics, and Population Genetics.
Bijay Kumar Behera born on April 18, 1969, in Balasore, Odisha, is a distinguished fisheries scientist with over three decades of academic and research experience. He holds a B.F.Sc. and M.F.Sc. in Aquaculture from OUAT, Bhubaneswar, and a Ph.D. in Inland Aquaculture from ICAR-CIFE, Mumbai. He further pursued post-doctoral research at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. Currently serving as Chief Executive, National Fisheries Development Board, Hyderabad. Dr. B.K. Behera has held key scientific positions at ICAR institutes, including Head of Division at ICAR-CIFRI. His contributions to aquaculture, biotechnology, nanotechnology, and biosensors have earned him prestigious awards such as the Dr. M.S. Swaminathan Award, Dr. HiralalChoudhuri Award, and international fellowships from Japan and Australia.

Gaurav Nurhari Lanjewar is Fisheries Science Scholar, currently serving as Consultant Grade-I, under Entrepreneur Model of PMMSY Scheme at National Fisheries Development Board, Hyderabad. He holds a B.F.Sc. degree in Fishery Science from MAFSU, Nagpur (2021), an M.F.Sc. in Fisheries Resource Management from Dr. BSKKV, Dapoli (2023). having specialization in Fisheries Biology, Resource Management, Truss Morphometric Analysis and also having experience in handholding for Fish Farmers and Fishers in Schemes like PMMSY, NFDP & PMKSSY.
Karankumar K. Ramteke is a scientist at the ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE), Mumbai, working in the Department of Fisheries Resource Management. With experience in fisheries science, he focuses on sustainable fishery management, aquatic ecology, and conservation. He holds a Ph.D. in Fisheries Resource Management from ICAR-CIFE, where his research combined sea-truth and remote sensing data to study trawl fisheries off the Mumbai coast.
Ramteke’s work covers a wide range of areas, including fish stock assessment, dam ecosystem studies, species distribution, and microplastic impacts on fish. He uses geospatial tools and statistical methods in his research.
