Preface Entomology is a branch of Zoology which deals with the study of Insect and it is derived from Greek word “Entomon” which means Insect and “logia” means knowledge. Insect constitutes the highest number of living species. They have the ability to reproduce in high numbers within short time, highly specialized morphological features, capacity to fly and their survival in different adverse ecologies makes a constant wonder and enables them to dominate on earth.
