SPS Guleria
Professor SPS Guleria Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi., M.Sc. Food Science and Technology from Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana, DANIDA Fellow at Food Technology Laboratory, Technical University of Denmark, Lyngby. Having Thirty Five year Teaching, Research and Extension Experience. After retirement from University services on 29th February 2008, appointed Consultant (Food Technology) in the State Resource Centre Shimla (HP) for empowerment of women through functional literacy w.e.f March 2008 to June 2011. Has rendered services as Professor and Head (Food Technology) at Islamic University of Science and Technology Awantipora, Distt. Pulwama, Srinagar w.e.f. 1st July 2011 to January 2014 and Professor and Head cum Dean, Akal School of Food Technology and Nutrition, Eternal University, Baru Sahib, Himachal Pradesh-173101 w.e.f. February 2014 to till February, 2015. Worked as consultant for the establishment of a Food Processing Training Centre for Teaching, Research and Extension activities at Glocal University, Mirzapur Pole, Saharanpur w.e.f 1st March, 2015 till date continuing. Has published more than 20 books, a number of book chapters and also guided M.Sc as well as Ph.D Student in field of Horticulture (Post Harvest Technology) and Food Science and Technology.

Dr Anil Kumar Verma
Dr Anil Kumar Verma doctorate in Horticulture (Post Harvest Technology) from Dr. Y S Parmar, University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Solan (HP) has published more than 150 research papers, review articles and popular articles in National and International journals. Has also authored 13 books viz. Nutritional Guide to all ages, Food Safety, Pushp Beej Utpadan–Ek Vayavsai., Swarojgar: Sushak Pushp Utpadan., Question bank on Post Harvest Technology, Post Harvest Technologies for Commercial Floriculture, Objective Horticulture, A Practical Manual–Analytical Chemistry and Mathematical Application in Post harvest Technology, A Practical Manual–Practical Chemistry Application in Post harvest Technology, Plum and apricot prasanskran etc. Also has been conferred Dr Rajendra Prasad Puruskar 2014 for Technical book in Hindi by ICAR, Dr JS Pruthi memorial award 2014, and Kejriwal award 2016 for best research papers by All India Food Processors’ Association (AIFPA).

Dr Anil Gupta (Post Harvest Technologist) working in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Dr. Y S Parmar, University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Solan (HP) has published more than 100 research papers, review articles and popular articles in National and International journals. Has authored 7 books and written 6 book chapters. Also has been conferred Dr Rajendra Prasad Puruskar 2014 for Technical book in Hindi by ICAR, Dr JS Pruthi memorial award 2014, and Kejriwal award 2016 for best research papers by All India Food Processors’ Association (AIFPA).

Dr Dharminder Kumar
Dr Dharminder Kumar presently working as Assistant Professor in the Regional Horticulture Research and Training Centre, Jachh, District Kangra, Dr Y S Parmar, University of Horticulture and Forestry, Himachal Pradesh. Has released a new variety of Lettuce (Solan Kirti) in the year 2013. Having a long experience of teaching, research and extension and also guiding M.Sc and Ph.D. students in field of Horticulture (Vegetable Science). Has published 28 Research papers in different reputed international and national journals and also authored 10 books. Also handling externally funded projects, as Principle Investigator and Co-Principle Investigator. Life member of a number of international and national journals and societies.
