An attitude is a positive, negative, or mixed evaluation of an object that is expressed at some level of intensity. It usually implies feelings that are either positive or negative. Attitudes are our established ways of responding to people and situations that we have learned based on the beliefs, values and assumptions we hold and our life experiences.
