Failure is defined as a lack of success or the inability to meet an expectation. The problem is that we can read too much into failure. Too often, we tie it to our sense of self-worth, self-esteem, and self-acceptance. Failure is the state or condition of not meeting a desirable or intended objective and may be viewed as the opposite of success. The criteria for failure depend on context, and may be relative to a particular observer or belief system. One person might consider a failure what another person considers a success. Similarly, the degree of success or failure in a situation may be differently viewed by distinct observers or participants, such that a situation that one considers to be a failure, another might consider to be a success, a qualified success or a neutral situation.Every time you make a mistake or fail in accomplishing a task, you become strong and confident. Every failure has something to teach which will more likely help you to succeed. When people are successful, we always focus on their success, not on the years of struggle, failure and trying again and again. We only see the bright side and don’t want to or forget about the years of hard work, while those years mostly bring the most inspiring and motivational stories. So do not be afraid of failure, it is a part of your road to success. Dr APJ Abdul Kalam quoted FAIL as First Attempt in Learning and it is very true. The video covers reasons why you should embrace failure and see it as a valuable part of your journey, after all without failure, how sweet would success be?According to many, failures most often occur for one reason or other and each one can teach us something valuable, can show us how to avoid falling back into the same hole.
