A dedicated member of the NIPA team for the past 10 years, he plays a vital role in ensuring superior production standards, attention to detail, and seamless execution—making him an invaluable strength of our publishing team.

Lakshmi is the dynamic force behind NIPA’s accounts, blending sharp financial expertise with a refreshingly lively personality. From managing day-to-day accounts and GeM portal tender finances to handling GST filings and ITR data compilation, she ensures everything adds up perfectly—always with a smile. Known for her quick wit, charm, and problem-solving spirit, Lakshmi keeps our financial operations smooth, compliant, and surprisingly fun.
